Year 6 to 7 Transition Meeting

All Year 6 Parents/ Carers are invited to attend a meeting to support your children in transitioning to secondary school. We will be joined by the Mental Health Support Team, Conisborough College, Sedgehill Academy and the Lewisham Outreach Inclusion Team. On Wednesday 28th June, We will be here to answer all your questions and concerns about starting secondary school. Light refreshments will also be available. See you there!
